Cancellation policy

Once a booking is confirmed and payment is made, we are unable to process cancellations. Our offerings often involve limited group sizes or one-on-one preparation, which makes last-minute cancellations difficult to accommodate.

If you find yourself unable to attend, please inform us as early as possible. While we cannot guarantee rescheduling or a replacement, we will do our best to find an alternative if circumstances allow.
